When your projector fails to start it does not always indicate a lamp problem. When your projector has colour problems, a flickering image or when there is a whirring sound coming from it, it could mean that its colour wheel is failing. Replacing the colour wheel inside your DLP projector is not easy, we only recommend doing this if you know what you're doing.
